A Mysterious Valentines Card

Shop wizard has them right now at about 70k...

Must be last minute valentines day shopping.

I am probably being obtuse, but how do you send the mysterious valentine to another person. I bought one, and have it in my inventory. Sending it to someone is not on the list of things to do with it when you click on it

Is your account under 13 ? If so you can not send, somebody will have to send to you.

LOL, I haven't been 13 for a very long time Just went back and looked. I can give it to a neofriend. Is that what I have to do?

Yes. Simply select that option, submit, choose who to send it to, hit submit/send/whatever it says and you'll get a message and the 'you can now use the Valentines sidebar blah' message.

Anybody want to share a card to get the sidebar ? I bought a few at 40k, so anybody want a sidebar for 20k ? If so let me know. Also my account is set to under 13, so I will have to send it to you via trade, then you can send to me .

Neobeth, I would be willing. You just have to coach me through the trade and such.

EDIT : So it seems that anybody with a under 13 account can not recieved the sidebar

I'm looking to share with somebody too... I was too slow in the gift shop the past few days and never managed to get one, and figured the price would go down as everybody sold their stash. I was wrong. >.<

That's odd. I sent a valentine to my younger sibling's account (which is a U-13). I got the sidebar and in their mailbox was this message:

"You have received a mysterious valentine! Congratulations! You are now eligible to use the Valentine's Day theme whenever you want. Hoorah!"

Maybe true that a U-13 cannot *send* it because they couldn't send one to me.

Thats is odd, because somebody was going to send me one, but said " It says I can't send you a neofriend request. That you haven't completed the parental consent form"

You can send it without that person being a neofriend -- you just have to know their userid and type it in the box that shows up under the drop-down list of neofriends (when it asks 'who do you wish to give this MVC to?'). That's how I send things to my younger nephew, who's still under 13.

EDIT: Thanks for the tip on how to get a card. But I've just gotten a peek at the sidebar and remembered why I've never paid for a card before -- it's so ickle, I can't wait until tomorrow!
