You know how when you're at the gym right, and sometimes when you push yourself with heavier weights, you kinda grunt to help?

Or at the tennis when Serena Williams hits the ball she grunts?

Did you know that there was a tennis player that had a grunt so loud it was as loud as a plane taking off and her opponents complained on the grounds that it was distracting?

It's quite funny. This dude gets kicked out of Planet Fitness for grunting lol. Check this out - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQ6OrO1f610

I heard about that! Thankfully, I don't go to Planet Fitness. Ballys allowed grunting. :)

Haha my math teacher (who can dead lift like 300 pounds, its scary) would be kicked out of there if he ever stepped foot into that gym. Thats probably one of the most ridiculous rules there is for a gym. o_O

o-o;; Okay, that is crazy. Making noise when lifting something seems to make it easier (at least for me). I mean, I grunt when I'm getting into my dad's truck. I then get told I sound like a sick cow... but never mind that. :P

Weird. From what I saw of the list of rules, it looked like a lot of them were stupid.

"No gym bags"

o_O

Gym bag would be your bag with your towel and clothes etc in it. People take them into the gym sometimes. They're not bothered about it in the free weights room at my gym. Some places don't like chalk, some places evidently don't like grunting!
