you know that new game for ps3 that has AMAZING graphics, with the pink hair girl with a sword, kinda like god of war. can any one tell me the name of it?

Whenever I hear the word "sword", I think of a hilarious blog about a novel entitled "Swordbird", about, get this: a bird, who uses a sword. It was written by a 12-year-old, so you KNOW it's good.

Er... Amazing graphics.. girl with pink hair and sword...

Sounds like Final Fantasy XIII... but what that has to do with God of War....?

And its not a 'new game' as such.. in that its not even out yet, and there have only been a few trailers released of it so far.

It's Heavenly Sword, it has God of War-esque gameplay, but looks to be a lot more interesting than God of War's fighting engine. It's be called a God-of-War clone (though it's actually not THAT much like it, except for some of the fighting engine the story is somewhat similar)

I do wonder if it's been given a release date yet...

I'd imagine that it uses the same game engine as G-d of war, which is why it's being called a G-d of war clone.

I just said it doesn't in the post above yours.

The story is somewhat similar, but only a bit of the fighting engine is like GoW (the hacking and slashing). From what can be taken from the videos, it's really not that much like GoW.

Tiberian sun has the same Game engine as Red alert 2, but they are absolutely nothing alike.
And as experts are critisicing it as a clone, I'd say it uses the same game engine, and not just fighting is a bit alike.

Talking about that, despite having most of GDIs equipment for the demo mission, I still won by tank rush. Mammoth tank rush!

Oh, that may be, I'm not entirely sure.

I do feel bad for saying I actually haven't played God of War for more than 5 minutes. >_>

(well my PS2 can't read those crappy discs that they decided to put it on... WHY did they use those!?)

I have a demo of GoW2... but I haven't opened it since I've gotten it... weeks ago. x_x
