So I was looking at my lookup today and I realized I have had the same shield for like a year. Does anyone know if TNT ever plans to make more? I can't imagine it'd take a whole lot of time to do...

Same here, I've been lumbered with a 6 year one for a year. =x

They said they were getting to it, but clearly haven't. All we can do is hope, I allways looked forward to my new shield each month. =(

I believe the last time they acknowledged the lack of new shields was september of last year. They said they were working on it. They better be some pretty nifty looking shields.

I think the editorial should be flooded with "reminders". I already sent mine in. Anybody else care to join me?

Ive been sending friendly reminders to the editorial almost every week since January, so I'll send one this week too. Even a little blurb saying 'sorry we arent working on shields right now. You'll have to wait.' is better than nothing. At least then I'd know they were aware that lookup shields existed.

It bugged me when a recent editorial claimed that all the obvious and repeat question answered each week were because it was so hard to find original questions. Ive been sending my ignored and original question constantly! I send other original and unanswered questions! See them already! I cant bear another editorial featuring questions asking whether obviously against the rules situations are okay to do.

cerise, I got the idea they meant that there were soooooo many more people asking the obvious questions, it was hard to find the original ones in there... and the unspoken part being "and if that many people want the stupid questions answered, then we'd better get them out of the way"

I've been hoping for new shields since I realized I was stuck on 6 years. I keep hoping that one of these days they'll surprise us with new shields. I guess with all these updates and the customization of pets, new shields are low on the list of things to do.

You'd have thought a dozen shields could be constructed from some of the graphics that already exist in Neopia in an afternoon.

I guess it just isn't very high on their priorities.

It almost makes you wonder why they don't have a "user lookup" competition. Let the users make the shields and upload them for TNT to decide which ones to use. After all, once something is uploaded to them the user loses all rights to the artwork anyway (I think...).
