Does anybody know what kind of prizes there were last time? I kinda wonder if it's really worth it
Altador Cup Split #2

I see why they made it an annual thing... They can keep us busy for more than a month without having to do much work for it. At least the plots provide some variation, here it's just the same game over and over again...

Finally got a few games in for RI
To people who have gone 'ack, it's harder now!' remember that there is a little variation in how each team moves. Some teams are faster than others, some seem to have snappier reactions when you change direction quickly to avoid them. Try again tomorrow, and the day after, and see if the next team you're playing is any easier.
I don't much like the supporter games. Make Some Noise had my blood pressure going
after a single play, so no more of that for me. Slushie Slinger - what does it remind me of? Sponsor games. There are a couple of them that have been that EXACT format, just with different Neopets and food items. Both games felt to me as if they had each been programmed in a couple of hours using code that was already knocking around. SS is fun enough though.
Knowing TNT, I'd guess they want to have a look at people's comparative scores at the three games (like they do before releasing plot prizes) before turning that into a rank on our shield.

Well, I honestly tried to give the main game another chance. Y'all's hints helped, but I still suck at the game, I still hate the controls, still hate the erratic motion of the characters, still hate how the ball travels fast when the OTHER team passes it, but crawls when mine does. I just. don't. get it. Thank goodness they provided alternative games this year.
Thanks for the help and suggestions, though. I actually did manage to win one game (out of who knows how many I played) and tied a couple, and I don't think I would've been able to do that on my own.
Looks like I'll be slinging slushies and cheering my lungs out for the remainder of the Cup.

Don't give up! Even lost games count, and it is possible to improve with practice.
In other news, a user made a petpage with all of last year's prizes listed, here: http://www.neopets.com/~cobrawll#prizes . The top prizes were semi-cool dual-duty Battledome weapons, followed by the PB and the Yooyu petpet. Hopefully they won't give away the exact same items this year - maybe a Darigan Yooyu instead, for starters. Fraid I can't see them creating a whole new paintbrush specially for the winning world if one doesn't exist already.
