if it keeps happening try asking a moderator or an admin if there maybe something wrong with your account. They are really helpful on things like that

Is it creating a new post, new topic, or both?

A single word of a phrase in your post is triggering a webserver-level filter. Try rephrasing your post until the error goes away (could single it out by using preview on fragments of your failing post).

What you were is wrong - it's not a "forum feature"; please attempt to post something that isn't borderline spam in the future.
