As much as these instructions are so over-obvious, it's kinda sad that they are actually needed these days to avoid ridiculous lawsuits.

A lottery company that gives out prizes to winning zip codes (anyone in that zip code with one or more lottery ticket(s) will win a proportional amount of the total prize) was sued by a woman living in that area who did not join the lottery (it's like a subscription to lottery tickets. You sign up, and pay some amount per month to have a chance at winning). Apparently she got 'severe emotional trauma', because everyone else was buying fancy cars, private pools and that sort of stuff, and she was reminded every day that she didn't win, because she didn't buy any lottery tickets.

I'm guessing the lottery will come up with a new disclaimer: NOT JOINING THE LOTTERY CAN CAUSE SEVERE TRAUMA.
It makes a cool slogan as well :P

I'm looking at a can of rat poison my office has. In big letters, it says, "Do not place on utensils that are being used for food preparation."

On some kind of home brand bug spray I saw a few years ago:

DO NOT SPRAY IN FISH TANKS.

Incidentally, it manages to remove permanent marker from whiteboards.

What, and adults never take medicine that's packaged for children? My sister used to take children's Centrum vitamins because they were chewable and she has an overactive gag reflex. Children's cough medicine is probably taken by plenty of adults.

Right. And I, like many people I'm sure, keep a bottle of children's liquid Benadryl around in case I have a really bad allergic reaction that I need to treat quickly (liquid absorbs faster than pills).

To keep on topic, my university's cafeteria would make peanut butter cookies, then label them:

Homemade Peanut Butter Cookies
Caution: Contains Peanuts

Went to the store yesterday. Contemplated buying some EZ-Cheese. Looked at the label.
"FOR BEST RESULTS, REMOVE CAP."
Laughed so hard everyone in the store gave me weird looks the rest of the time I was in there.

One of the removed ones involves a Swedish chainsaw and a part of the body one should definitely not use to stop it.

I haven't really found anything that's funny. Most are just odd. The direcciones en español on my Pillsbury waffles always put quotes around "waffle". My air freshener says I should write to some woman if I have questions, but doesn't tell me her address.

Like, is it shaped like a spraybottle? Or does it have the word 'WEEDKILLER' printed on it?
