It's likely there's no thread as the majority of members have their contact info in their profiles, like I do.

If people feel the need to contact me and they haven't spoken to me before, please let me know who you are. I get quite snarky when I'm contacted by strangers, moreso if you contact me after work when I've had moronic customers.

That's odd. I always thought the information for your MSN, Yahoo, and AIM would be next to your little 'email' button, at the bottom of each post. Clearly not.


Do you mind if I give you an add on MSN, Alex? I have only one or two users from PPT on my contact list, and I could do with a few more.

It was on the old version of phpBB, but when we upgraded to phpBB3, it stopped being displayed on posts and is now only on the profile.

Go ahead, although I should warn you (and any other users): I have a bad habit of leaving my laptop on, and connected to the internet, so I consistently leave my IM programs signed in while I'm at work - leading to me being "online", but actually not there for at least 10 hours at a time. This has led to many people going "Alex? Alex? Ugh, you left your computer on again...", or people asking me if I'm there before they start conversations with me, haha. I suck, I know.

I'm pretty sure my contact info's up. I don't mind people IMing me, really, as long as you're being sensible (or the info wouldn't be there), but for the love of God tell me who you are, or you'll be blocked. I don't have much patience for idiots.

my AIM blocks anyone not on my buddy list. I've had the same screenie since 1999 and I get alot of creepers IMing me. So basically, even though its blocked, I still dont like sharing my screenname on forums or websites. Not that any of you are creepy, but you never know who might come across it.
