I'm sorry? "Dumb" is a bad word? Good grief, are we going to censor all negative words now so that you can only say nice things about each other on Neopets?

Argh. I don't know whether I am more amused, confused, or annoyed.

What utterly bizarre and/or DUMB (oh dear, hope that doesn't offend anyone) censorship of innocent words have you encountered on Neopets?

For your own sanity, just stick to PPT. The neoboards are one huge headache, and that's to the fault of both parties there (TNT and users)

I've seen this discussed before and apparently it's not the word "dumb" by itself. "Dumb as" is what gets censored. The filter doesn't recognize the space between the words and thinks it's a creative spelling of a particular 7 letter word.

This scenario has been discussed quite a few times before.
....dumb ..... is not being censored but "....dumb as....".

The goes for not "as bad as" - which I like to use all the time.

I find many inventive ways of saying it now: not as shocking as, not as ridiculus as, not as detestable as, not as horrible as....etc. Sometimes my guild/chat board posts read like a cheat novel.
