Halloween Goodie Bags - where to find 'em?

This is the first year I have trick or treated on neopets and I was wondering if it is normal that you're allowed to visit a spot and get multiple bags throughout the day? Or would this be a glitch? I'd really hate to be frozen for something stupid like this.

I ventured to look at the neoboards {shudders} and everyone's screaming glitch.

I would HIGHLY recommend AGAINST trying to get a second bag at any location.

That's what I thought too, except I didn't try to get one, I stumbled back upon it while going about and doing my dailies. I really really dislike TNT when things like this happen for so many reasons.

after deciding to not hoard bags this year, i opened all 6 of mine. the only decent things i got were a pretty flower mask and a spooky skull mask. better than just a pile of random food though.

on a side note, when do you think they'll run out of names for these bags? spooky, scary, haunted, ghostly, there's only so many more halloween related adjectives left

I opened a dozen bags and only got 1 wax lips and 1 spooky skull mask, wearable-wise. I'm shooting for a pretty flower mask for my daughter!!
