Actually this proves it is a glitch. TNT would not carry on a 'joke' or give such small prizes to some and the big prize to others. There is no rhyme or reason.
TNT are out of the office until Wednesday, so the glitchiness will continue until then.
Hmm. It just goes to show the people who think TNT don't do anything, that they do, because the minute they leave everything has a tantrum and reverts back to green apples. Because they're item number 1, right?
Darn it, got the real prizes (skunk perfume, antlers) the last two days but got the green apples today. I wonder how they'll go about fixing this when they get back... Is there a way in their system to trace who got which prizes which day, so they can change them?
I got the tutu prizes today. I read on the boards the conjecture that getting the apples also meant getting the Christmas "sidebar," but that doesn't explain why people get the apples several days. There was also a snowball random event mentioned, which I did not get.

I doubt that, they will probably put something about it in the editorial so, yeah i feel bad for everyone who has gotten apples at all I haven't gotten any yet so I hope that I won't and if hope that if you haven't gotten any yet that you won't get any!
Well I'm lucky to get the prizes. Unfortunately, TNT's on their Christmas break spending time with their families. Hopefully after Christmas, they would fix the green apple problem.
People at the boards are all saying today's event was a real lame one and a let down.
For everyone who thought today's advent was lame, remember the staff will not all be back until Wednesday. If they released anything really good, but had a glitch with it, then no one would be around to fix it. They will probably release the best stuff later, when everyone is around to appreciate it and to fix any problems that might arise.
I was disappointed that the Marching Glockenspiel was a toy and not a wearable. I was sort of excited when I saw it. I think instruments would be a nice addition to customization (as long as they don't play music -- ahh no!!!)

For some it is not annoying - usually just hitting the Stop button on the browser will stop music (as long as the shop has loaded the items you want).
The only problem music has in shops for most people is that it takes a long time to load but I am sure if sounds were implemented on the items in customisation the problem wouldn't be as big or really cause problems.
Obviously going into a shop is different to having music on your pet's lookup - which in my mind would have an on/off toggle like the pet rating.
