The Paula stalker was a comedian actually, so was that other guy during the first night who made up that informative song. (I'm looking for a link to the article about it now)

I don't know why some of these auditioners (I coined a term!) over-sing. The "black Clay Aiken", Aretha and some other dude had decent voices and they couldn't settle on one tone. They kept over-singing causing their voice to crack and change. As for Aretha, she didn't have a horrible voice, she was pretty decent until she started screaming and caused the song to plummet. I'm sure if she sang a calm song she would've made it through.

Alexis Cohen went to my high school, though she transferred out to graduate at East Stroudsburg South (As opposed to our North, which in this case is okay).

Yeah, the teachers say she was as nutty at school as she was on the screen.

I bet she had that all prepared, and was shocked by how nice they were. Seriously, if I had to be let down, that wasn't such a bad one.
