LOL it took me a while too, I discovered how to play by accident.

After you shoot him keep holding down, and he'll go up, and the you just keep clicking when he needs to go up and letting go when he needs to go down.

This game is very mcuh like Volcano Run on Neopets, but going the other direction

To start it off, click once to get set, and click again to shoot from the gun. You need to hit the skateboard for it to start flying, and then it's all done :D
