I couldn't find a better place to put this...

Anyways, I wanted to snag one for my mom, so are they released? Or are they even going to be released at all? I didn't see anything about it on the news...

I just had a look on the "create a neopet" page, and you can create Hissies :D
I think they'll get released in small numbers during the day.

Yes they were released. Just keep your eyes on the HC. People would shout if Hissis are avaliable. I got mine today, his name is Lucky_snake2008.
