I just had an epiphany while looking at someone's clothing guide site:
The bots give out *any* wearable item with a rarity of 70 or less. Of course, we've got a complete current list of those compiled, but that's the trend.

And now you've had your random tidbit of useless information for the day. ;)

Saw some Kauboy Boots (think they're clothes). And yay for my Ghost Poogle who is already looking quite the part with his potato sack and pile of bones... And all free, free, muahaha! :P

Mmm... I actually have no idea. :( Wait for confirmation, I guess?
I did just manage to pick up another Starry Green Background and Smug Bug Sticky Paper, without the shopkeeper even telling me I'd managed to get the background. :)

EDIT: Definitely seen given by the bots: Janitorial Closet Background
