Bleach 3: Ichirin no hana. But more for the music than what's actually going on (though it is pretty funny how the first twenty seconds completely expose the series' overabundance of characters).

Ghost in the Shell: 2nd Gig - Great song and the action in the anime intro is second to none in my opinion.

US dub of Sailor Moon - Love the song and action scenes in the intro.

Cowboy Bebop - I love the song but it is strange to see no anime action scenes in an anime's intro.

I really enjoy Bleach and Naruto's opening in the earlier episodes. The ones now are bad but there not as good.
