I had Panera for lunch and dinner Tuesday -- their summer corn chowder is delish (lunch), but they got rid of my all-time ever-any-sandwich-place-in-the-world-favorite sandwich, the portabello panini. So I had some chicken-cheddar-chipotle thing for dinner instead -- not nearly as good. And now their only other veggie sandwich option is tomato-mozzarella, a good appetizer, but not something I want on a sandwich.

Tonight I had a salsa quesadilla.

Mmm. We had boneless pork chops and stuffing with gravy and fresh corn on the cob on the side. <3

(Seriously fresh corn. Tim picked it at a family friend's home earlier in the day. :) )

Mmmm, mashed potatoes are <3. Thanksgiving is coming up and we usually make a large vat of real mashed potatoes. We put cheese in them and everything. <3

For dinner we had brown sugar glazed ham, carrots, and butter and herb flavored noodles. <3
