Not too sure if it is part of the Spring Celebration or not.

Go to the NC Mall and refresh to find free neggs that you can open and find prizes.

There seems to be 3:

Green Toy Negg
Pink Toy Negg
Pink and Green Swirl Toy Negg

I opened the Pink Toy Negg and received:

There appears to be a bonus prize, if you got all three neggs, but the details are sporadic.

The bonus item is, however, an exclusive wearable:

Do we have to have all 3 neggs in our inventory at the same time before the bonus item shows up in the NC Mall or can we still get the bonus item from the NC Mall if we have the 3 neggs in our SDB?

You get the bonus item when you open the third negg.
