They would have had to have drifted over a mountain range to manage that--apparently a very high one, since it's covered by snow and glaciers enough to rival Neopia's northern polar ice cap.
Not that that would stop TNT, mind you. They don't seem to pay much mind to trifles like plate tectonics, physics, climatology, and so forth.

Who's to say that the geology of Neopia is similar to Earth? Given its much smaller size, it might not be governed by plate tectonics. Perhaps its atmosphere is thicker, or lifeforms are non-oxygen based (and thus that "ice" is different from how we imagine it to be). After all, with a land of walking jelly (oh, wait, that doesn't exist...) and a city built on clouds, not to mention aerodynamically-challenged airships.... er, yeah, what's physics again?

I'm glad that there is a new plot, hopefully this will get the forum up and going again. I admit the first bit was easy, but it was the first step, it probably will get harder. I would like to see some fighting too because of my new battledome set.
Alright. There is a poem called Lutari at the Helm located here. http://www.neopets.com/contributions_poems.phtml The user is named Rags629 and what is interesting is in his user lookup is the fire kougra. Is this significant? I don't know.
Chapter 3 is out, and though it's a WEE bit harder we get a new item. And when I say it's a wee bit harder, it's not hard at all. I'm sure this is all just a warm up
Chapter 3:
go to the hall of heroes and click the siyana statue. if that dont work start with the king and go clockwise until you get to her. there will be a popup that will tell you of your prize. youre done. weeha so exciting. *rolls eyes*
I know it's all 'warm up' puzzles (I hope it's all warm-up puzzles) but this installment would have been made significantly better if it had led us to the clue and then ended there and we had to figure it out on our own. It still wouldn't have been particularly difficult (if you happen to remember a few things about the Altador plot, or a least the Hall of Heroes) but it would have been a little more fulfilling than "Hey guys go to this page and click around a bit." Some thought required, at least...
Does anybody know anything about the situation with the NC Mall stuff? Seems to be available now, but I won't be participating.
Please. You have got to be kidding me. I thought their core demographic had shifted to preteens? I'd have been insulted by such a "puzzle" at the age of 8. Don't underestimate kids, and don't overlook your adult customers (who often spend much more), TNT!

This "puzzle" insults our intelligence.
They might as well just have a button that says "click here to win"
and you click it and it says "Wow, You won!"
Wow. Even the Lost Isle plot was better than this has been. Frankly, the petpet plot was better. It could improve, but seriously, it seems like everything TNT does anymore is sinply an excuse to make people spend real money for the NC Mall. Even something like the Hoban mini-series would have been nice.
There doesn't seem much hope for the plot to get better, in fact it seems to be getting worse - what id with the huge blue box that says, click here!?!?!
Even chapter 1, allowed us to find the clue on our own.
