Once again, Neopians are choosing sides for the Games Master Challenge. Unlike last year's battle between Brains and Brawn, however, this time around it's Pirate vs. Ninja! Which side are you on?

Oooh! I'm going to choose Ninjas. If I remember correctly, Team Brains won last time (which was also puzzle-based games), though I'm only picking it because I love puzzles (and ninjas... but I love pirates, too... maybe more than ninjas). And 100NC? Sweet! I have some expiring in January, so I might be able to get something nicer now. Too bad the summer shop is closed, but there are a few items available year-round...

ETA: Er, how do you add a game to your favorites in the new game room? I had 14 favorites, deleted one that was on the list to add it back... and then failed to see the button. I see an "edit favorite" buttons, but it just takes me to my favorites, and I don't see an "add" button there either. Finally found it. The heart is at the top left just above the "click to play" image. Sneaky, TNT.

Pirate vs. Ninjas... that's a tough decision. I want the one that doesn't have Spinnacles or that darned Nova game...

Pirates are much cooler than Ninjas, but the puzzle games are better...

A tip for the Ninjas: Freaky Factory wont allow you to send more than 3 scores, so for the other 2 needed for the bonus challenges, enter the World Challenge for the game. Once you have sent the score, the Game Challenge will recognise it.

Daze, I used the World Challenge trick, too, and without even trying too hard, I won a piece! My prize was only 1NP because the challenge was huge.

ETA: And I just entered the challenge again, and won another piece. I wonder how long this will keep up. Anyone know how many pieces you can win per day? I bet I can eke out one or two games of FF each hour at least a few times today...

LOL, same thing happened to me Siniri....won a piece and 1np. I wonder if we were in the same group? LOL.

I am sure there is no limit to how many times you can play. Way back when World Challenges first started, that is how I made a lot of nps. I had 3 or 4 constant games I could win, then turning in the maps to win some good prizes (mainly paintbrushes). I still have a SDB full of challenge map pieces.

Apparently there is a cap now. It makes sense; there's a cap on everything else. Still, 4 picture pieces for ~20 min. worth of work total (if even) isn't bad (4 because I got one last night before I went to bed; I should have stayed up for another 5 min. to get another, but I was too exhausted)!

I didn't cause it, honest

I did all of the bonus items this morning. Most of the time I was doing it, I kept repeatedly thinking, "I really don't have time for this..."

Then again, why is that the lines at the grocery store that I get into are always the slowest?

Day 2 done. Mystery game is Turmac Roll.
Day 3 done. Mystery game is Sophie's Stew.
Timed challenge (12 hours from the time you click the timer) for Day 3 for Ninjas - Zurroball and Pirates - Mynci Beach Volleyball.
Day 4 done. Mystery game is Faerie Cloud Racers.
Send a score of 2950 in Ice Cream Machine AND send a score of 643 in Igloo Garage Sale - The Game.
You must alternate these games. Play one, send score. Play second game, send score. That is one Challenge. Repeat for each bonus challenge.

Day 4 just getting started. Mystery game is Faerie Cloud Racers. Ice Cream Machine is a World Challenge game today, but Igloo Garage Sale is not, so I doubt many GMC players will enter the challenge just to get the extra plays.

ETA: Phew. I sent a score of 450 on Ruins Rampage and it said it was being reviewed, but it still counted. From now on, just the minimum... (How does team scoring work? Just the percent of challenges completed? Or do our scores actually matter? Ninjas have been perpetually behind since early on day 1.)

You do not need to enter the World Challenge to get the bonus games.

There was a glitch with Freaky Factory, (that was why the World Challenge was packed) but all other games so far, have worked fine.

After you send score for the 3rd game, the message will say you can't win nps, but the score has been accepted for challenge.

I have done all challenges and bonuses without a problem.

*There has been some site glitches, where the score is not accepted. This seems to be some kind of problem with the link from the challenge page. If having problems, use the game link from the games room and refresh the game after each time you send score.
