Hmmm. I received nothing when visiting the site today and did need to log in... I was able to grab the free NC Goodie Bag, though. For grins, I expressly logged out and re-logged in and received the same message as Siniri :)
Could be that you need to visit the home page to get the message (and 750NC)

It took several hours before my free NC showed up, but it finally did. I might've taken advantage of the 150 off 1000 code, the free NC, and the discounted pet slots to get the pets I made while I had extra slots with premium back from limbo. Now I have an extra slot and I need to decide what to do with it...hmm....
