Another second place. I couldn't even remember voting for it until I reread the names. I really like the idea of dyeworks, because sometimes an item just doesn't go color-wise with your pet or an outfit you're aiming for, even though it fits the theme, and it's nice to be able to get it in multiple colors.

Of course I have no idea how the mystery capsule actually worked. Don't care, either.

Dyeworks capsule was just like any other re-release capsule - you get to pick a category (or two) and you get a random item from that category that's from the retired item pool. It was just all retired dyeworks items. I don't generally do re-release caps at all, because I don't like the random chance involved. But...I do appreciate that they've at least given you the option for narrowing it down to the zone. It makes it possible for people with mutant/baby/maraquan/other non-standard colored pets to say, hey, I really only want something from the background/trinket category. JN has a whole guide on every capsule.
