Leading Up to The Void Within

Sooooo I was doing my dailies and stumbled across this rather abruptly:
The Giant Omelette is now grey!

My kids pointed this out...both the Omelette and Coltzan's Shrine updated to the new style pages when they went grey. Before hand, I don't think they'd been converted?

Honestly cannot say if the two pages were updated or not... But, I think you are correct.

I noticed the omelette. They definitely were the old style until the change -- they load really differently on mobile, so it jumped out at me.

The new style is "smoother/sleeker", but I dislike that the "These Neofriends are currently online!" is no longer on the page.

It was announced at the AMA tonight that the plot will "officially" be starting on June 17th. O.o

Happy to have a start date. A little annoyed that I'll be traveling to a wedding in the "middle” of the plot. Hopefully it will be mobile friendly (and not take a lot of time each day).

They have also mentioned that it will not be a "short" plot. At some point I think it was said 10 months? But I'm not sure if that includes all the little bits we've seen or not. They also mentioned it would go through the birthday, which is mid-November. I'm just crossing my fingers that none of the major time-consuming steps happen while any of us are traveling! Can you imagine trying to get 5 different people through plot steps in evenings in hotel rooms?

Sometime yesterday, Miles, at the Wheel of Knowledge, turned grey. Interestingly enough, there have been at least 3 new prizes that appear to be coming from the wheel: Grey Wheel of Knowledge Book, Grey Brain, and Edible Grey Wheel of Knowledge. I wasn't fortunate enough to get one of them yet. With it being a once-a-day wheel, the wheel boon might actually be useful in getting those items.

Lucky, Siniri! Did you get it from the spot that normally gives out food? I'm just curious. Personally, I'm mostly hoping for the book.

Later yesterday, a new Neoboard appeared: The Void Within. Traditionally, Board 7 has been for plots (IIRC, it used to be only active during plots), but I guess it is now dedicated to reoccurring events, and the plot gets it's own board?

I have no idea. I don't actually watch the wheels spin, especially WOK (that one I just refresh until I can't spin again).

The Money Tree went grey last week. There are four items that show up specially there now: Grey Bag of NP, Grey Wilted Money Tree Branch, Grey Money Tree Plushie, and Grey Scamander

This morning, Trudy's Surprise went grey, too! There are now three grey items you can get for your 7-day streak: Grey Present, Grey NP Coins, and Grey Mini Trudys Slot Machine.

The plot is scheduled to start on Monday the 17th. We're almost there...
I guess I might need to retitle this thread soon.
