A few days ago, I had a problem with Trudy, too. It would "finish" spinning including the sparkly stars, but no popup. I had to refresh the page and the button said "Spin". I spun again. Same issue This happened a bunch of times. None of them counted. After the 4th or 5th try, It finally took and I moved on, but seriously annoying. It also seemed to count twice somehow because my 7-day streak dropped from 7 to 5 when all was said and done. Weird.

I've had that happen a number of times, Blue - at least the lag part. If you stay on the page long enough, it does the sparkles a second time and then awards.
The 7-day streak...had you just collected an item the day before? Because it might've loaded wrong the first several times, and should've said 6.

Day 10, Matched 0, 18.5k, and a .....OH. I SHOULD'VE gotten the item, but...the site glitched, didn't reward an item, and yep. Maybe I'll get one next week? HAH. Trudy hates me.

OMW, TNT. Please. Stop adding premium features that coincide with REGULAR features breaking. Seriously. We don't need more perks if they're going to break things. Sincerely, a long-time premium player.

Good question. That is entirely possible, but I wasn't paying enough attention. In theory, my tracker should catch this, but just going back to the previous page, I received a z straight razor on day 2. (Was this a hint, TNT? Not appreciated). 7 days is correct.

Yes, it essentially made up a day. I have no idea how. Meepits be messing with my 7-day streaks like crazy. 4 resets, 2 times now (at least) that I wasn't actually awarded a prize on day 7 thanks to glitchiness, and then yesterday's fun jump forward (which seems to have stuck).

It's weird that you guys are having so many issues. I did have a bunch of extra quests again the day the lag got really bad, but no Trudy daily or weekly streak shenanigans. (Unless I did and just didn't notice.) Not even on the really laggy days. Maybe it's worth spinning on your phone until they fix it?

No significant trouble with Trudy, but definitely with QL. Multiple refreshes needed on both computer and phone. But, with persistence throughout the day, each day was completed.
