The top of the page lists it as being the correct page, but the page itself is a 404.

All I can suggest is to check the first few posts of all of the Sloth Plot threads here. That's what I did, along with reading the rest of the threads.

As far as I can tell, there are people who have done all of the projects in this step. The token has apparently been found. So this would indicate to me that it isn't necessary to do this step, but I may very well be wrong, so it may be a good idea to do it anyway.
