Help me with an avatar?

I have an image of my piggy in a file, sized correctly to be an avatar, so how do i put it up? Could someone please tell em?

yeah, go to "User Control Panel" in the top right hand corner, then click on "Profile" on the box on the left, then "edit Avatar" underneath profile in the same box. ^^
