Subeta - Restocking/Battling Guide

I just joined Subeta about an hour ago (username is Siouxper) and I am looking for a guide on how to Restock and how to Battle (including training, weapons, etc.) Any help is appreciated :)

Have you tried Googling for guides? We got some guides on PPT but nothing too specific.
