I am really thinking that this is against the Terms and Conditions of Neopets because of this sentence in the transfer rules:
You are basically asking to sell your two Neopets for a lab map. I would try considering trading items for the lab map instead of your Neopets.
Neopets are not to be sold in any way.

Yeah, this looks against the rules. TNT has stated that you are not allowed to trade pets for items.
