Didn't there used to be a strategy guide for petpet battles? Can someone post if you know of a certain combination that seems to work (ie cause damage) for each enemy petpet?

Thanks!

.... man it has been so long since I posted that my username got deleted. So weird to see only one post next to my name.

Everyone's usernames got deleted. Look at the post counts :-p

There really isn't much strategy since it seems to be luck

But there are a few tricks i think, i.e. refreshing to get easier opponents? And also headshots are better?

Not really sure.

Refreshing works?O.o
Shielding at appropriate times may deal damage to your opponent too.
And you have to get a score of 10 before 12AM NST, or you'll have to restart, right?

From what I understand headshots do more damage, but body blows have a greater chance of actually hitting the opponent petpet.

^^^You're right. I didn't know that you could refresh to get easier opponents!

Whenever I do petpet battles I use my scado (Which is not equpiied cause had to switch for the turmy petpet) He did a lot better where I did a couple body blows, that made it look like i was gonna do it again, then I did the head shot then sheild.

It does, sadly. That's why I am reluctant to remove milo and milo-cloned, both christmas doglefoxes.(milo is level 5, milo-cloned is level 2)

2 thingies-

1. As I recall, petpet levels dont even DO anything; does anyone know either way on this?

2. The Dice-A-Roo cheat also works in PPB, just use it on the shield button and you can autowin every time, although I suspect TNT may have a way to detect this; I only found it out on accident, but they still havent done anythign about it.

Well, I remember long ago I used to play the petpet battles and I remember that certain combinations... such as head, body, shield, head, body, shield in that order, would give the most hits on your opponent.

or just head shield head shield, or head head body head head body, etc.

If you notice that a certain combo works on a certain opponent please post here!
